This video documents a few of our major national initiatives -- working to mandate bilingual Hebrew and Arabic education, to instill values of respect and human rights within the national police, and to build regional cooperation among Arab and Jewish towns of the Galilee. "Keeping the Promise" reminds us of the promise enshrined in Israel's Declaration of Independence -- a promise which has not yet been fully kept to Israel's 20% Palestinian-Arab citizens.
