Descrição: Intelligent design not being science is obvious to those with at least two brain cells to rub together, but for those who can't accept this, then maybe you should know that the battle has been fought in the legal system and the best of those that support ID, could't prove anything for ID or against the opposing scientific point of view. Note: I was in error about the year, it was actually decided On December 20, 2005 In the documentary you will see some of the same arguments for Intelligent design and against evolution that creation/ID supporters put forth here on YouTube. You will see them, all within the context of legitimate legal evidence, proven as false arguments. Basically they do not have nor ever had any legitimate evidence to support their assertions that their point of view has been anything more than a religious belief. They were given their chance within the legal system and failed to provide any viable proof what so ever. Many interviews are included in the documentary along with facts that support evolution that were presented in the trial, this includes proof of what creation/ID supporters claim don't exist when in fact do exist and are well documented with in the scientific community, also the definition of scientific Theory will be presented as part of the trial. There's a lot of information in this documentary, so if you are supporter of or are opposed to the premise of creation/ID you MUST see it.
