Descrição: PRVIDEO.TV/MARSHALL THOMPSON 310-403-2507 In the Los Angeles Unified School District there are about 42,000 teachers and educational staff. There are also only about 75 highly-trained psychological social workers. These folks work with the worst of the worst kids: distrubed, distructive, often violent. The Psychological social Workers confer with the parents - if there are any (usually no fathers, single mom-headed households) - teachers, other involved adults and classmates. Their success rate is amazingly high! They absolutly do miracles! Well, the incredibly stupid, lumbering LA Unified SChool District, in order to sav a few bucks, cut off funding for 40 of this small group serving desperate children. Remember, these kids are headed for gangs, jail and early death. My video was shown to many staffers , the LA City Council and the LA County Board of Supervisors.
