Descrição: The final number by the orchestra that evening was Mantras by Richard Meyer. It features a violin solo by Scott Daniel. Part of their presentation at the Spring 2008 Scholarship & Awards Concert at Gwendolyn Brooks Middle School in Oak Park Illinois. They had just returned from a triumphant weekend at the Music In The Parks National Music Festival where they received the highest marks and were rated as superior.
