Descrição: A visit to the MBTA's Riverside yards in Newton, MA in 1988. Lots of trolley cars (LRVs, Type7 light rail vehicles, streetcars) moving about. Some not moving ever again. I think that these cars were of the Boeing Vertol lot that were mostly junk upon arrival. About ten years after their delivery there were piles of these cars, in various degrees of having been cannibalized, hidden out here at Riverside. Taxpayers' money at work.
