Descrição: Have you seen this before? When the monitor blacks out and the white line shows up all you see is a white line. But when you don't look at the white line and focus on nothing, the image appears. I know this monitor is dying and the magnets/electron guns are failing, but what is it that enables me to perceive the image when not looking at the white line. Can some one please break it down for me? I'll try to load a better video once this happens again, thanks for looking.
